I understand that there are risks and dangers inherent in purchasing and using The Wheelie Teach. I also understand that there are risks and dangers inherent in purchasing, participating and/or receiving instruction in Controlled Motorcycle Riding with a Wheelie Teach, hereinafter referred to as "Activity".

I also understand that in order to be allowed to participate and/or receive instruction in Activity, I must give up my rights to hold J Tyler Enterprise LLC (Wheelie Teach) liable for any injury or damage that I may suffer while participating and/or receiving instruction in Activity.Knowing this, and in consideration of being permitted to purchase, participate and/or receive instruction in Activity, I hereby voluntarily release J Tyler Enterprise LLC (Wheelie Teach) from any and all liability resulting from or arising out of my participation and/or receipt of instruction in Activity.

I understand and agree that by clicking this add to cart, I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or personal injury or property damage suffered by me while participating and/or receiving instruction in Activity.I understand and agree that this Waiver/Release applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I may suffer, even if caused by the acts or omissions of others.I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver/Release Agreement and that I understand the words and language in it.

Shipping: Three to Fourteen days processing then trans time, restocking fee of $50.00 and shipping cost will be charged for each returned or unaccepted wheelie teach and other items. Make sure your sportbikes Rear axle nut is to OEM setup for that make, model and year for proper fit.

Refund Policy: Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send unused items back for refund. A restocking fee of $50.00  will be charged for each unaccepted wheelie teach and other items.

Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service.

  • Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
